My Mom Quotient : Motherhood according to me is the essence of Creation and Nurture. I am a Mother who believes in striking the right Balance across life. My parenting approach is a combination of grooming my kids with Values and grounded experience. As a Mother, I like to stay involved with my kids. I work around the principle- practice what you preach- I don’t do or say something what I don’t want them to do or say!

My Mom Inc. Story : With my kids growing up and learning to be a bit independent, I wanted to live my dream of pursuing something on the Early Childcare & Education front. I decided to take the plunge by creating my Edupreneur venture– GENIUS JUNIORS– Day Care & Preschool. I am a self-motivated person and after doing my pre-work, I decided to translate my ideas to execution. 

My Inspiration : My Parents and Husband have supported and inspired me. But above all, my own kids have been very motivating. They love the brand and like visiting the Preschool and interacting with other kids and mentors. My Parents and Husband have supported me with critical feedback and inputs. Also they have supported administratively and financially.

Advice/ Tips : Focus on Quality around Staff and Facility. Believe in your Brand and yourself as the Brand Ambassador. Be planned and organized as much as possible. Personally, leverage your personal time. Involve your kids and take time out for them so that they don’t feel neglected.
