Nausea and morning sickness may continue through to Week 8. This may go on for a few more weeks. Along with nausea you may now experience fatigue and drowsiness, so listen to your body and slow down and relax when it demands rest. Don’t overtire yourself, eat healthy and at regular intervals. Don' forget to keep yourself hydrated.
