You might notice that your appetite is making a comeback. Focus on eating healthy from now on. Try to eat 5-6 mini meals to keep yourself energised! Of course no one can stop those craving sprees.

The need to urinate often will also reduce as the uterus has now moved away from the bladder.

You might feel drowsy more often though. If possible, take a short power nap during the day as your baby grows more when you’re resting. If you are a working mom-to-be and cannot take frequent breaks, just pause, close your eyes and take a few deep breaths every now and then.

Hi,
I am 13 weeks pregnant,when I went for blood test,it was found that my TSH level is high, doctor prescribed medicine for that..previously I didnt had any thyroid related problems...is it quite common in pregnancy?
Was it harmful to my baby...?
Can any one answer my queries....?
