Join a prenatal exercise class
Make the most of the energy burst you are feeling by enrolling in a prenatal class, if you haven’t already. Regular exercise will tone up your muscles for labour and delivery while keeping you free from aches and pains. Joining a weekly class can help you stick to an exercise routine and help you bond with other soon-to-be mummies in the area - bonus!
