Going away on vacation? It is important to eat wisely and not let go completely when pregnant on holiday. Many moms-to-be gain excessive weight when they are on vacation. So when you feel like eating the entire buffet table, hold your horses!

Avoid eating raw, undercooked food to minimise chances of food poisoning and focus on hydration. Make sure that you drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water each day.
