Your bump is growing steadily but you’re still not very heavy. It’s time to Invest in good footwear as uncomfortable shoes may hurt your feet.

Your doctor will soon schedule an anomaly scan. This is a detailed ultrasound which examines all body parts of your baby for any anomalies.

Do take daddy-to-be along as it is a great opportunity to get a good look of your baby. You may even find your little one kicking or sucking her/his thumb in the scan!
TIP: It is natural for you to focus on you baby, but remember to care for your body aswell. Don’t push yourself when you feel tired, take a nap. If you’re worried or feel stressed, do things that’ll make you feel better – listen to your body.
