As the big day approaches, take stock of the house and check if it is ready for your little one’s arrival. Make sure you avoid doing the straneous tasks yourself.
Some things to change around the house:
Install or check smoke detectors, get a fire extinguisher for each floor of your house, and plan a fire escape route.
Remove any broken furniture or fixtures from around the house.
Ready the nursery, hang curtain rods, and get baby furniture.
