With week 28 starts your final trimester. You might now find it difficult to get a good night’s rest with your baby kicking actively. It is also quite possible that the feeling of frequent urination is back and you might need to visit the bathroom often.

Your breasts might start leaking colostrum, a whitish substance. However, the presence or absence of colostrum during pregnancy does not indicate the quantum of breastmilk that you will produce after delivery.

At this point, you’ll likely visit your doctor every two weeks depending on your health. Around this time, some women feel a “creepy-crawly” sensation in their lower legs and an irresistible urge to move them while trying to sleep. If you feel this sensation, you may have what’s known as restless legs syndrome (RLS). If so, get in touch with your doctor about the same.
