doc said pain is normal .... body getting prepared for delivery...through muscle relaxation and widening of pelvic area etc

Feet swelling is dangerous if its related to high blood pressure...otherwise its normal physiological water retention in feet and hands. Elevating feet while sleeping using pillows helps me to reduce my swelling
