Many mums-to-be don’t feel like wearing a bra towards the end of pregnancy as they feel too big and uneasy. Wear maternity camisoles if bras make you uncomfortable or try wearing nursing bras made in stretchy cotton material.

Some swelling on your feet and ankles is normal during these last weeks but if you notice sudden or excessive swelling on your feet, hands or face then reach out to your doctor at once.

In case of severe or persistent headaches; visual changes, abdominal pain or tenderness, nausea and vomiting also get in touch with your doctor, these could be symptoms of preeclampsia.
