Mumbai Rains: Emergency Helpline Numbers

Mumbai has been experiencing heavy rains since the past 24 hours and conditions are likely to be similar in the next 24 hours too. The result has been local railways coming to a standstill, roads getting waterlogged and jammed with vehicles and people trying to get back home. The official word is that people should remain where they are - whether in homes or offices.
