Meal Plans Week 3: 6+ months

It is the Children’s Day week and we have some fun recipes for the tiny tots in this week’s Kiddy Kitchen!


They have been put together by Healthy Eating Habits Expert Deepti Arora who is a whiz at whipping up recipes that children love to taste!


She has some advice for you to consider:


The optimal way to feed your baby would be to combine purees with soft food.


After six months, breastfeeding is no longer the only source that can supply sufficient nutrients to sustain your baby’s growth and development.


Always remember to introduce one new food/food group at a time and let the child get accustomed to the taste, check for allergies and then move to the next.
