It has been 11 weeks since the first meal plan rolled out from the BabyChakra kitchen! Our Healthy Eating Habits Expert Deepti Arora has been having a fun time putting them together for you and your little one.

Here’s some advice for you from Deepti:

 

The secret to a healthy family is in the preparation of  food. Prepare your own food. Spend 30 minutes to make fresh batches every week if you are working. Happiness is homemade.
