Home Remedies To Cure Bad Breath

Since people may have the bad food habits or irregular sleeping patterns, they develop problem of bad breath, frequently.

 

So here are few tips to avoid bad breath :

 

1- Boil one Tablespoon of fenugreek seeds in a cup of water. Stain in and give it to drink regularly.

 

2- After every meal give few fennel seeds, it acts as a mouth sweetener and also improves the digestion .

 

3- Don't give too much sugary food. It may affect the production of saliva in mouth making it dry and prone to increase bacteria which causes bad breath.

 

4- Clean tongue every time they brush.

 

5- Increase food which increase salivation such as citrus fruits and green veggies.

 

6- Don't use mouth fresheners from market.

 

7- Brushing teeth with a little amount of baking soda also helps.
