Since people may have the bad food habits or irregular sleeping patterns, they develop problem of bad breath, frequently.
So here are few tips to avoid bad breath :
1- Boil one Tablespoon of fenugreek seeds in a cup of water. Stain in and give it to drink regularly.
2- After every meal give few fennel seeds, it acts as a mouth sweetener and also improves the digestion .
3- Don’t give too much sugary food. It may affect the production of saliva in mouth making it dry and prone to increase bacteria which causes bad breath.
4- Clean tongue every time they brush.
5- Increase food which increase salivation such as citrus fruits and green veggies.
6- Don’t use mouth fresheners from market.
7- Brushing teeth with a little amount of baking soda also helps.
