If so don't worry make them eat this Easy Dal Pizza Bites without any fuss. Yes, I am saying you can make them eat pizza without compromising on nutrition.
Here’s the recipe and I hope you guys try it out and share the feedback.
1/4th cup Urad dal
1/4th cup Chana dal
1/4th cup Moong dal
1/4th cup Oats
Green chilli (I skipped as no one eats in my house)
Salt to taste
Finely chopped onion, capsicum, carrot and roughly chopped sweet corn, chilli flakes, oregano and mozrella cheese grated
Soak all the three dal for 4-5 hours and grind them into a smooth paste with garlic, ginger, chilli and oats.
Now add salt and keep it aside for 1 hour.
Take a pan and heat it. Pour some oil and add the vegetables of toppings.Then add oregano and chilli flakes
Flip the side. (Note: I made this in appe pan by putting drop of oil in each slot and then the dal batter).
Spread some pizza sauce toppings and grated cheese.
Cover it for 4-5 minutes and it’s ready!
It can be even to children in tiffin boxes as well.
