Healthy Carrot Milkshake For Children




1 big Carrot

4 Cashew

4 Almond

3 Dates

2 spoon Honey

1/2 cup Boiled and cooled milk

Hershey’s chocolate syrup to decorate




  1. Pressure cook chopped carrot, almond, cashew. If you are using dry dates, add to the cooker. Cook for one whistle.
  2. Let it cool, then blend it in blender. If you are using soft dates u can add to blender.
  3. Pour into a bowl, add cold  milk, honey and mix well.


And it’s ready!


Pour it into a glass and decorate with chocolate syrup.


It's very refreshing, if it's chilled.
