Healthy Carrot Milkshake For Children
1 big Carrot
2 spoon Honey
1/2 cup Boiled and cooled milk
Hershey’s chocolate syrup to decorate
- Pressure cook chopped carrot, almond, cashew. If you are using dry dates, add to the cooker. Cook for one whistle.
- Let it cool, then blend it in blender. If you are using soft dates u can add to blender.
- Pour into a bowl, add cold milk, honey and mix well.
And it’s ready!
Pour it into a glass and decorate with chocolate syrup.
It's very refreshing, if it's chilled.
