Ghee
Dry fruits
Coconut powder
Method:
- Take soft dates, remove seeds and chop it in small pieces
- Heat ghee in a pan
- Add dates and saute it for 3 to 4 min( or till become soft
- Add dry fruit powder or chopped dry fruits ( as per your preference) and mix well
- Add coconut powder and mix well again
- Now, take it out in a greased plate, slightly spreading all over.
- Sprinkle grated dry coconut & chopped dry fruits and let it cool down
- Cut it into desired shape
