Khajur Pak Barfi Recipe For Navratri






Dry fruits

Coconut powder




  1. Take soft dates, remove seeds and chop it in small pieces
  2. Heat ghee in a pan
  3. Add dates and saute it for 3 to 4 min( or till become soft
  4. Add dry fruit powder or chopped dry fruits ( as per your preference) and mix well
  5. Add coconut powder and mix well again
  6. Now, take it out in a greased plate, slightly spreading all over.
  7. Sprinkle grated dry coconut & chopped dry fruits and let it cool down
  8. Cut it into desired shape
