We all have that little problem area in our body that we want to get rid of. That post-delivery pooch, those flabby arms or thunder thighs that refuse to go. That backache, falling hair or lowered immunity.

But what’s more of a problem is that we feel bad about ourselves. We feel bad about how unfit we look, the health issues that we face and the fact that age is catching up.

Some of us get up and decide to do something about it. We eat healthy and exercise, but soon give it up. Only a handful remain motivated enough to reach for their goal. Well, if you’re looking for the perfect inspiration to get fit, then have a look at none other than – Ms Sushmita Sen!

Last Thursday, Sushmita posted an unbelievable picture of her on Instagram. Under the picture she wrote, “Body shy? #NAH #bodyproud… tracking #workinprogress… Looking good is one thing… Feeling good is EVERYTHING!!!… #feelgood & yes take a #selfie when you do!!?? I love you guys!” Her lustrous hair, fit body and rock-hard abs made our jaws touch the floor.

Now you might argue that Sushmita is a celebrity and that she probably has undergone multiple surgeries and has a full-time dietician. But what we can do is do our best, take out the time and just work towards building the body that you fall in love with!

Motivated enough to dust those dumbbells?
