Oats Masala Chaas: Healthy Summer Meal

This is a perfect healthy meal in itself and is beneficial in summers!

 

Ingredients:

  • A glass of buttermilk..
  • ½  oats
  • 1 Tbsp of roasted jeera and flax seeds..
  • A pinch of rock salt (If you wish to add normal salt you can)
  • A big bunch of fresh coriander
  • Mint leaves
  • Ginger chilli
  • Green chilli

 

Method:

  • Soak oats for 5 minutes.
  • Grind jeera n flax seeds to make a  powder.
  • Add all the ingredients in a mixing jar and churn the mixture.
  • Pour it in a glass and add some ice.

Serve chilled!
