Ingredients:
Cook barley well with enough water
Use the blender to make bread crumbs
In a saucepan, sauté onions until clear
Place mushrooms and zucchini in the processor and blend until finely chopped. Squeeze excess water
Combine egg, barley, mushroom mix, bread crumbs, onions and grated cheese in a bowl. Stir well to combine
Heat butter in a pan, make the patties and cook for few minutes on both sides and serve
