That's how I have been feeling since the day I received the memo stating the last day of school and ever since then I have been searching for some good alternatives to keep my little one busy- Summer camps it is.

This 3 week class is an extension to the Chooku Booku's reading club focussing on Dolch's Instant Sight Word List. This class will increase your child's fluency and prepare them to read through educational games and fun activities.

The Martin Farm Summer Camp 2015 is here with lots of fun activities to keep the little ones engrossed and busy.

The activities planned are pottery to exploring nature, learn how to make paints out of flowers and herbs. Learning about animals and caring for them. Prepare meals, clean enclosures, groom and work with the animals. Learn about their natural habitat and also create them from scratch.

Kids can also dabbled in fine arts like theatre, they can express themselves with outdoor theatre, mime, making instruments out of junk and putting up an open air production.

This year, Camp Sesame offers children the opportunity to 'travel' to different places and explore different land forms - land, water, mountains and desert and understand the uniqueness of each place. And in the course of exploring these places, they learn a variety of maths and science concepts, geographic and historic fact, and art and craft activities.

The exciting 4 destinations kicks of with our very own: Indian Market: Rediscover and recreate the typical Indian marketplace or 'haat' with its colourful dresses, small stalls and fun filled music.

Move on to the Australian Beach (ocean life) children learn to explore the Great Barrier Reef and try their hand at No fire cooking!

Then they head to the Chinese Mountain Village (creative) where it is a cold, hilly Chinese village, they learn about and celebrate the 'mid-autumn' festival.
