Doodh Ki Sabzi, Really?


It might sound strange but believe me it is quite interesting and delicious  sabzi.


2 glasses of milk
2 finely chopped onions
2 finely chopped green chillies

Refined oil
Red chilli powder
Black pepper



  1. Take a kadhai and pour some refined and heat.
  2. Add onion and green chillies and saute them till golden brown.
  3. Add salt n red chilli powder and  add milk. Once the milk starts boiling milk, turn the flame low.
  4. When a thick layer appear on the top, stir it.
  5. Continue stirring on a high flame
  6. When the milk becomes thick (it should be in a gravy-like consistency), it is ready.


Serve it with Chapati or Parantha.

Note- You should not add tomatoes other the milk will get spoilt.
