For mixed flour:
100 grams makkai aata100 grams nachni aata100 grams soyabean aata100 grams bajra
Mix all of these and store in an airtight container.
You can take all these flours from the market. This flour can be used to make chillas and appams. It can be added in parathas, rotis or upma.
Healthy upma is ready. My kids love this and I am happy as it provides them nutrition with taste.
