Regular Upma With A Healthy Twist For Toddlers

 

Ingredients :


Rava - 2 Tbsp
Mixed floor - 1 Tbsp
Salt as per taste
Water to be adjusted as per consistency
Ghee - 2 Tsp
Coriander and Curry leaves for enhancing flavour

 

For mixed flour:


100 grams makkai aata
100 grams nachni aata
100 grams soyabean aata
100 grams bajra

Mix all of these and store in an airtight container.

You can take all these flours from the market. This flour can be used to make chillas and appams. It can be added in parathas, rotis or upma.

Method:

  1. Heat ghee in a kadhai and add rava and mixed flour, roast well till aroma comes.
  2. Add salt, coriander and curry leaves and lastly add water and cook as per the consistency  you want to give to your baby.

Healthy upma is ready. My kids love this and I am happy as it provides them nutrition with taste.
