Karan Johar might be that film director who famous actors listen to readily, but when it comes to his kids, those directing skills aren’t as effective.
Johar, who is a single parent to twins Yash and Roohi posted a video on Instagram on his kids’ bedtime ritual and captioned it, “screaming match.”
You cannot see Karan in the video but you can hear his voice as he is recording. The proceedings look like what probably many toddler parents face at bedtime.
Karan seems to be having no luck in putting Yash and Roohi to bed and we don’t know what time they finally closed their pretty eyes for the night, but here are few ways you can set bedtime routines for your toddler for hassle-free bedtimes.

Tot just ate chocolate before bedtime? There’s no way they’re going to be sleepy. Foods high in sugar before sleep time will just give toddlers a sugar rush.
What you do before bedtime is also important. Too much of screen time will simple awaken their brains. To calm turbo toddlers down, stick to a calmer routine of brushing, bathing (if you prefer a night time bath), story or a quiet game, lullaby and slumberland.
