Snack Recipe: Homemade Nachos

Ingredients:

  • 2 bowl Corn Flour (Makke ka aata)
  • 1 bowl Wheat Flour (Gehu ka aata)
  • 2 tsp Carom seeds( bit crushed)
  • 1 tsp Haldi powder
  • Salt
  • Oil (To knead the dough and Frying)
  • Lukewarm water
  • 2 Tsp oregano (optional)

Method:

  • Firstly, mix both the flours
  • Add all the spices and make a tight dough using lukewarm water.
  • Once the dough is ready, let it rest for half an hour.
  • After half an hour roll it like roti and cut it like pizza slices.
  • Make pores in it, using a fork so that it won’t puff  up while deep  frying.
  • Deep fry it in oil on medium flame.

 

Nachos are ready to eat.
