I didn’t start working out for so long as I didn’t want to join a gym. It seemed like too much. What if I didn’t get results OR what if I didn’t go … what a waste of time and money.

Do you need a gym to start – Not at all

Let’s be realistic. There’s travel time, workout time blah blah.  Before you  know it you’ve spent at least 2 hours. If you have the time then its a great option. What if you don’t for whatever the reason might be ?

  • Too expensive
  • No time
  • Need permission, etc

To start your journey there’s lots you can do. Today let’s focus on the workout bit only

1. Place:

Where can you work out, home, at the home / work gym, in the park, in your building common area, terrace, parking lot, somewhere in your office building ?
Find a place that is easily accessible and convenient o you

2. Time:

To start all you need is 30 mins. Get in whatever you can. 30 mins of brisk (fast) walk, jogging, running, or a body weight workout. (should I put up some videos ?) can be any time during the day or even during your lunch break. Go for a 30 min walk and then have lunch.

3. Clothing:

Wear anything comfortable just make sure you have a pair of sneakers. That’s really all you need.

Don’t make the mistake I made and wait for the right time, convenient time, post this, post that blah blah.

Tell me where you think you will be in a month is you followed the 30 mins a day challenge and followed my basic tips on eating ?

Do you think it’s worth doing ?

Do you think you should try it ?

Not motivated enough. Ask a friend to do it with you? Or someone who will push you everyday.
