Healthy Tricolour Pasta Salad
This continental favorite recipe can also be a way to celebrate modern India's 70th Independence day!
1. 1 packet tricolor wheat spiral pasta(100gms)
2. 1/4 Cup grated carrot
3. ¼ Cup sliced capsicum
4. 5-6 diced cherry tomatoes
5. Sliced black olives
6. 1 tbsp feta cheese
7. Oregano and basil to taste
Bring the pasta to boil in salted water for 8-10 minutes. Drain the water and let the pasta cool. Then toss the pasta in a bowl with the chopped tomatoes, olives ,carrot, capsicum and cheese. Sprinkle oregano and basil on top to taste. Your delicious salad is ready to be served.
