INGREDIENTS:
1. Whole Green Gram-1 cup
2. Cumin seeds-1/2Tsp
3. Ginger-1/2″
4. Thai green pepper-1
5. Salt to taste
6. Onion (chopped finely)-1/2
METHOD:
STEP 1: Soak Moong Dal for 3-4 hrs.
STEP 2: Grind the soaked moong Dal with cumin seeds, ginger, salt and green peppers for 10-12 minutes.
STEP 3: Make pancakes and sprinkle few chopped onion pieces on top with little oil.
Serve hot with mint coriander chutney
