Avocado for baby first foods was the best thing I could give to 'T'.
I also learnt that Avocados contain Omega 3 fatty acids. Especially for a developing, growing baby, that type of fat and the caloric value is a good thing.
I have to be careful though with the portions I give him. The first time he loved it so much that I gave him the whole fruit over the course of the day which gave him a slightly upset tummy because of the fruit's rich fibre content.
