Her son Nihal was born in 2018. So in in the matter of a few months, she knocked off all the pregnancy weight.

She is already back in shape, having lost most of her pregnancy weight. “Nihal was born prematurely so I didn’t put on too much weight. Even through the pregnancy, I took care to eat healthy and have always been very active, so it was easy to get back to my workouts and shed the extra kilos,” Gul said.

The dimpled actor is often seen running marathons, posting pictures & videos from her workout routines on her Instagram.

2. Malaika Arora:

Malaika is a fitness freak actress, who has shaped her toned and sporty body through disciplined fitness regime, yoga, gym, controlled diet and discipline life. She is a fitness enthusiast dazzling queen who follow strict lifestyle regimen to maintain herself fit and healthy.

 

 

She manages to keep herself lean and slim with her diet plans, fitness regime and yoga exercises. She eats everything but in moderate. She likes biryani, don’t skip meals, don’t do dieting, and has craving for rice and starch. She likes to eat in moderate and divides her meals.

3. Sushmita Sen:

Sushmita Sen, the winner of Miss Universe title, is quite a fitness enthusiast. The 44-year-old Bollywood actress is known for her fit body and workout in the industry. Her health and fitness regimen can be seen on her social media account Instagram. The bong beauty shares her several workout videos and photos of Abs on Insta. Her pictures clearly indicate her seriousness towards ‘fitness’.

 

 

The diva keeps her workout routine flexible as it keeps changing throughout the week. She started doing Aerial Silk (AS), which is a form of dance that involves hanging in the air with the help of a fabric, when she suffered a back injury.

 

She actively does yoga, dancing and ballet and has even dabbled with Kalaripayattu- an Indian martial arts form.

A single mother to two daughters, she is considered an inspiration for mothers.

4. Karisma Kapoor:

Karisma loves swimming and she doesn’t let go any chance of swimming with her kids. Among workouts, she mainly banks on yoga to uphold her archetype figure. Apart from executing various postures herself, she also educates her kids about them.

 

 

 

In fact, her little girl accompanies the mommy in doing yoga. And at times when she finds it tough to practice other exercises, she makes sure that she goes out to walk briskly for one hour.

 

One thing that all mothers can pick up from her is instead of taking elevator, she prefers using stairs.

5. Celina Jaitley:

 A mother to 3 boys, Celina is a former Femina Miss India Universe 2001. An actor, activist, yoga enthusiast & PETA supporter, she is a mum with multitude laurels under her belt.

She follows a strict workout routine and trains for 5 times a week. She is also an ardent follower of yoga and been practicing it for years. Celina Jaitley’s workout routine includes-

Her workout plan consists of cardiovascular exercises along with weightlifting

 

She also practices yoga everyday for 40-50 minutes. Even when she is shooting she practices yoga whenever she gets time. She follows Ashtanga yoga.

 

Along with yoga she also loves to dance. Being trained in Kathak, she dances for 45 minutes when not in mood to practice yoga

 

She also loves to swim and goes for a swim to relax.

Not being stuck to the gym rut, Celina inspires mums across the world to be physically active in order to remain fit.
