You need 3-tablespoon coconut oil (preferably the solid type), pure cocoa butter, shea butter and almond oil. Start off by grating 2-tablespoon beeswax and melt it along with cocoa butter. Add the remaining ingredients and cool for 6-8 hours. Gently rub over swollen belly 1-2 times a day.
This homemade oil uses natural ingredients to prevent stretch marks, provide deep moisturizing, remove excessive dead cells, and increase skin elasticity. All you need is:
1/4 cup coconut oil
2 Tbsp cocoa butter
2 tsp sweet almond oil
2 tsp essential oil – this can be of your choice, lavender, lemongrass, anything that is safe during pregnancy
Heat coconut oil and cocoa butter until melted, stir in the rest. Pour into a glass jar and allow it to cool. Use daily and see the miracle happen!

Morning sickness affects over 50% of pregnant women and is something that cannot be ignored. During this phase, you and your baby need lots of fluids and electrolytes. So make these easy ice cubes to battle the queasy feeling and get back on your feet, feeling refreshed.
You can make your own homemade electrolyte drink too! Mix in equal parts fresh lemon juice, sea salt, and honey. Add water depending on your taste. Freeze the drink in an ice cube or popsicle tray. You can crush them into ice chips or, suck on whole cubes.
