½ cup chopped avocados
1 ripe banana
Cocoa powder
Honey
Preparation
All you need to do is take half a cup of chopped avocados, one ripe banana, cocoa powder and honey. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend them to make the smoothie. 

2. Guacamole

Guacamole is one of the easiest avocado recipes and needs no cooking. You can even serve this with nachos or crackers as a dip to older kids.

1 medium ripe avocado
Cumin powder
1 1/2 teaspoons lime juice
Preparation
Use a large spoon to scoop the avocado flesh from the peel by removing the pit. Then add the flesh to a medium bowl and mix the cumin and lime juice and use a fork to mash all the ingredients. Do it until they turn smooth.

1 slice whole grain bread
⅓ medium ripe avocado
½ lemon juice
Salt to taste
Preparation
First, toast the bread and then lay the avocado flesh on it using a fork to smash it on the bread. Add a few drops of lemon juice to the avocado and then add the salt. Serve by cutting the toast into bite-sized bites.

4. Stuffed Avocado

This recipe can be made in just a few minutes, using any veggies that you have by stuffing them in a half-cut avocado.
Ingredients
1/4 cup corn
1/4 cup beans
A handful of chopped herbs
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1 ripe avocado
Preparation
Enjoy some stuffed goodness with avocados by simply cutting them in half and removing the pits. Then add some corn, beans, herbs, chopped tomatoes and even cooked grains like optional rice. Add some soy sauce and vinegar as a dressing for more flavour.
