  1. Wall press: Wall press is a simple exercise that helps strengthen the pectoral muscles which in turn support the breasts.

How to do them?

  • All you need to do is stand tall facing a wall and keep both of your palms on the wall in front of your shoulders.
  • Lean onto the wall and apply as much pressure as possible with your hands.
  • You can do this for 10-15 seconds, relax and repeat 10 times.
  1. Arm raise: Arm raise involves more stretching and can be done any number of times without any discomfort.

How to do them?

  • You need to stand tall and extend your arms above your head and join the palms.
  • Stretch upwards as much as possible, stretching your entire body.
  • Continue to stay this way for 20 seconds and relax.
  • Repeat the same 15 times.

How to do them?

  • Lie down on your back on the bench.
  • Hold the dumbbell on either of your hands and raise them straight above your chest.

  • Raise them back to the starting position, and hold and lower them again.
  • Repeat this 10-15 times.

  • Adjust the angle of the bench press to 15 to 30 degrees.
