They are rich in proteins and hence, are extremely useful in retaining the vitality of your skin and hair. They have components such as lutein and lysozyme that form the building blocks of your immunity system, hence protecting your skin and hair against these negative factors. Pretty amazing, right?

1. Dandruff and rough hair

Yes, eggs can treat dandruff too. All you have to do is prepare an egg mask with curd and 1 tablespoon of olive oil, apply it on your hair and wear it on for 45 minutes before your shower. Repeat the process once every week and notice the change in your hair’s texture.

2. Light and dull hair

Prepare an egg mask with some lemon juice (one lemon is enough) and wear it on for half an hour before you shower. It adds a good amount of lustre and volume to your hair and makes it look shinier and bouncier more than ever. Try it!

A small tip: Make sure you don’t use hot water to clean your hair post application as it holds back the smell to your hair. Use only lukewarm water.

3. Oily hair

Take an egg, separate the yolk from the egg white. Whip the egg white until frothy and apply it on hair for half an hour before you shower. Repeat the process once every week. Your oily and damp hair will soon regain its health.

4. Puffy and tired eyes

Take an egg and separate the yolk from egg white. Now take the egg white and apply it under your eyes for 10 minutes and relax. Wash it off with lukewarm. Repeat the process every day and soon you will notice that your eyes look fresher.

5. Dull complexion

Prepare an egg mask with honey and rosewater in it. Mix and apply this on your face evenly. Keep it on for 20 minutes until dry and wash it off with lukewarm water. You’ll love your skin after this.

6. Saggy skin

Whip an egg until frothy. Apply it on your face evenly for 20 minutes and wash it off with lukewarm water. You will soon feel your skin to be more hydrated and tight. You can add a few drops of olive or almond oil to the egg white before applying it.
