 Instructor, Aarti Gurnani Awatramani teaches a combination of Reformer, Cadillac and Mat Pilates.

Background:  Aarti has been practicing Pilates in New York since 2003 and completed her teacher training at the Kane School of Core Integration (Kinected) in 2008.  She has been trained in Pre & Post Natal Pilates by Debra Goodman (Kinected) and Carolyne Anthony (Center for Women’s Fitness).
