Pregnancy and childbirth are an exciting and overwhelming time full of emotional and physical  changes. Let Birth N Beyond guide you through this beautiful journey through our fun filled, interactive yoga and exercise sessions and Lamaze childbirth educational series.

Our pregnancy fitness exercise sessions include warm ups, stretches,strengthening programmes, aerobics,yoga,partner exercise sessions, music meditation,pranayams cool down.These prenatal exercise sessions are currently being conducted at Happy Hour Studio,Borivali and The Physio Way,Churchgate.

Our Lamaze childbirth education series covers topics of labor understanding,stages and phases of labor,breathing and other coping strategies,prenatal breast feeding, epidural and cesserian birth. These sessions are a series of partner classes designed for weekends keeping the needs of couples in mind.They are conducted every 3 months at Happy Hour Studio,Borivali.We have also conducted our series at Andheri and South Mumbai.On group requests,these sessions can be carried out anywhere across Mumbai.
