Our program consist of five days of studio session I.e. Mon to Fri & a complete strict diet, which directly helps you to reduce weight, keeps you away from all the small ailments which affects day to day activities & very effective for office goer seating for long hours, housewifes & students. We also conduct corporate sessions & Yoga at home.
