I paid the registration fee and now they do not even take my calls. They seem to be a gang of fraudsters operating online. Am planning to take the matter with the Mumbai Police Cyber Cell.

Do not fall into the trap of these fraudsters, they'll rip u off with a fee of Rs 11500 or more and provide you with all the excuse in return.
