About Sprouted Ragi Dosa
Important Notice : Mother's milk is best for your baby Ragi or Finger Millet is one of the richest sources of Calcium and Iron. This nutritious yummy snack calls everyone for a treat! Use it as a porridge for your baby or as dosas for finger foods. Ingredients - Organic Ragi, Organic Red Poha, Organic White Rice, Organic Urad Dal, Dry Ginger, Ajwain, Hing Usage - 1. Take 3 tbsp (28g) of the powder in a bowl and add 70 ml of water. 2. Add 3 tsp thick curd, mix well and leave it aside for atleast 20 mins. Add salt as per taste for adults. 3. Heat the tawa and spread a ladle of batter on it. 4. Apply ghee to the sides and let it roast. 5. Flip the dosa and roast the other side as well. 6. Serve the hot dosa with chutney/sambar. Makes 3 Dosas. 7. Can use paneer stuffing or aloo stuffing or a simple cheese stuffing too! Age Range : 8 Months+ Size : 5"x2.25"x6"
