1-hour session inclusive of exercises taught to the expectant mother according to her week of pregnancy along with breathing and relaxation techniques that can be used in Pregnancy.
* These sessions are only conducted by Dr. Riddhi Kataria – Physiotherapist, Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator and Pregnancy Fitness Therapist at Fit for Birth.
Packages available for Weekdasy Mornings (Tue-Thurs) / Weekdays Evenings (Mon-Wed-Fri) / Weekends (Sat-Sun)
Any 8 sessions in a month. * Recommended to enroll only after the 14th week + Gynaecs consent.

* If you wish to join for a weekend session, please confirm your presence by Thurs evening. If you wish to join for a weekday session, please confirm your presence in the morning of the day you want to come.
* Your files and reports will be reviewed before you enroll for the first class. * Payment of fees is taken at the end of the first class. NO FREE TRIAL CLASSES available.
