This Is The Program We Have At The Clinic Presently – This Is The Program I Would Propose For Babychakra New Cashback Scheme – What is this program? This program includes regular exercise sessions of 1 hour each with 45 minutes of exercise and 10-15 mins of bonding, breathing exer and relaxation. This program also includes 2 consultations of diet in a month. These exercise sessions are held on the following times – Monday – Wednesday – Friday @ 5:00-6:00 pm & 6:30-7:30 pm Tuesday – Thursday @ 11:00-12:00 pm Saturday – Sunday @ 10:00-11:00 am & 11:30-12:30 pm FEES – Once a week – Rs. 2000/- (Rs. 400 per session and Rs. 400 for 2 diet consultations) . Twice a week or Weekends or Any 8 sessions – Rs. 3600/- (Rs. 400 per session and Rs. 400 for 2 diet consultations) Thrice a week – Rs. 5200/- (Rs. 400 per session and Rs. 400 for 2 diet consultations) For diet counselling , We shall share a diet evaluation form on your email address which you could possibly fill up and send it across to have your diet consultation done. Prenatal Wellness Programs At Home– Similar to the program above, the sessions held at comfort of your home. Timings can be discussed with patient personally Fees – Rs. 700 per session. Once a week – Rs. 2800/- (Diet is inclusive) Twice a week – Rs. 5600/- (Diet is inclusive) Thrice a week – Rs. 8400/- (Diet is inclusive) Available to take home visits at Thane (uptil Godhbunder Road), Central Suburbs till Matunga , Western Suburbs till Borivli. At our clinic , this is the program we have for our walk in patients - 1-Hour session inclusive of exercises taught to the expectant mother according to her week of Pregnancy, along with breathing and relaxation techniques that can be done in Pregnancy. These sessions are only conducted by Dr. Riddhi Kataria – Physiotherapist, Pregnancy Fitness Therapist and Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator at FIT FOR BIRTH, Mulund. These sessions are recommended to enroll only after consent from Gynecologist. Breathing and relaxation techniques and light exercises are to be started from 10th week of Pregnancy. Prenatal Yoga postures and exercises are to be started anytime after 14th week of Pregnancy. Pregnancy yoga is recommended to continue till you go into labor. In second trimester, exercising twice a week is good and in third trimester, exercising thrice or 4 times a week is recommended. If you enroll for a package (more than 3 sessions) then it will be Rs. 350/- per session. Packages available – If you pay for 5 or more than 5 sessions, your diet counselling will be inclusive of the package. Thrice a week (12 sessions in a month) – Rs. 4200/- / twice a week (8 sessions in a month) – Rs. 2800/-. / once a week (4 sessions in a month) – Rs. 1400/-. / only weekend sessions / any 8 sessions in a month. Confirmations for sessions should come at least an hour before the time scheduled. If you are enrolling for the first time, you will have to come early so that your files and reports are seen in detail before starting the sessions No FREE trial sessions allowed or available. Payment of the sessions can happen either through the package or per session. Maximum Registration per batch – 5. Minimum Registration per batch – 2. PRENATAL YOGA AT HOME – 1 Hour session like explained above taken at the comfort of your home. For moms in the second trimester – twice a week session is conducted. For Moms in the third trimester – thrice a week session is conducted. Only twice in a month session are conducted on weekends, rest all sessions are conducted on weekdays. Fees can be discussed.
