This Package Includes:
• Who can join: Pregnant woman from second trimester onwards
• Session Duration: 1 hour 15 mins
• Number of Sessions: 7(1 session per week)
• Session Includes:
1) 5 sessions of prenatal yoga
2) 1 session on Lamaze breathing
3) 1 session on breastfeeding information and nutrition during breastfeeding
• These sessions can be customized as per client's requirement
