Dr Jinal Thosani is a CAPPA certified Childbirth Educator and an ante natal care specialist conducting prenatal and postnatal fitness exercises from third month of pregnancy.
This Package Includes:
• Session Duration: 1 hour
• Twice a week session
• Timings: Tues & Fri (7:00pm to 8:00pm)
• A special batch for the working to be moms who cannot make it for the morning or evening exercise sessions
• Pregnant women are requested to have a snack or light meal at least an hour before the session and hydrate themselves well
• Kindly carry the obstetricians reports and notes when coming for the first session
• Dietary counseling can be availed free with this monthly exercise program
