Dr. Riddhi Chandarana Kataria is a Physiotherapist, Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator, Pregnancy Fitness Educator, Labor Support Professional @ FIT FOR BIRTH.

This Package Includes:
• Who can join:
1) Moms who have crossed 14th week of Pregnancy or have undergone anomaly scan in the 19-22nd week of Pregnancy.
2) Moms who have Gynecologist Consent only can enroll for the sessions.
• Session Durations: 1 hour (45 mins of exercise + 15 mins of meditation, breathing, bonding with the baby, discussing queries etc.)
• Number of Sessions: 8 (2 session per week)
• Diet Consultation will be included in this.
• Prior to the first class, pregnancy files and reports shall be reviewed by the Physiotherapist conducting the class.
• Sessions are subject to cancellation owing to the availability of the doctor
• Timings:
1) Monday-Wednesday-Friday (5:00-6:00 pm & 6:30-7:30 pm)
2) Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday-Sunday (11:30 am to 12:30 pm)
