Dr. Riddhi Chandarana Kataria is a Physiotherapist, Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator, Pregnancy Fitness Educator, Labor Support Professional @ FIT FOR BIRTH.

This Package Includes:
• Who can join:
1) Moms who have crossed 14th week of Pregnancy or have undergone anomaly scan in the 19-22nd week of Pregnancy.
2) Moms who have Gynecologist Consent only can enroll for the sessions.
• Session Durations: 1 hour (45mins of exercise + 15 mins of meditation, breathing, bonding with the baby, discussing queries etc.)
• Number of Sessions: 9 (2 session per week)
• Diet Consultation will be included in this.
• Prior to the first class, pregnancy files and reports shall be reviewed by the Physiotherapist conducting the class.
• Sessions are subject to cancellation owing to the availability of the doctor and location of the visit.
• Sessions will be conducted only on weekdays (except Thursday); twice a week from 14th week – 27th week
• Home Visit: Available
