This Package Includes:
• Who can join:
1) Moms who have crossed 14th week of Pregnancy or have undergone anomaly scan in the 19-22nd week of Pregnancy.
2) This session is most apt for moms who have been advised to avoid travel.
• Session Duration: 1 hours(30-40 minutes of lifestyle (including diet) counselling and 30 minutes of light exercises which can be done at home on bed only.)
• Number of Sessions: 1
• Sessions will be conducted only on weekdays (except Thursday); twice a week from 14th week – 27th week.
• Prior to the first class, pregnancy files and reports shall be reviewed.
• Session is booked with prior appointment only.
• Home Visit: Available.
