Dr Nirali Shah is a Homoeopath, Pyschologist and Health Counsellor. She is Internationally Certified Baby Bonding Practitioner, Certified Parent - Child Attachment Play Practitioner and Certified Lactation Educator.

She graduated in 2005 with a degree in B.H.M.S and has been treating patients for over 12 years since then.

Highlights:

She has enjoyed helping hundreds of mothers and babies over the past 10 years. Her experience with the maternal and infant population triggered her interest in lactation counselling and she earned my Certified Lactation Educator (CLE) from Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association (CAPPA). She has trained over 450 couples on their journey to parenthood, and affiliated with numerous maternity homes in Mumbai.

At Fit for Birth, she conducts breastfeeding and new born baby care classes where she coaches expectant couples on the importance of breastfeeding, as well as pre / post-natal challenges. She counsels mothers to deal with their fear of breastfeeding their newborn, and help them become confident for a great start to breastfeeding. She stay up-to-date with the latest research on lactation, infant nutrition and infant development so that she can provide parents and professionals with the most current information available. She also speaks on various breastfeeding topics to parents and professionals at seminars. 

She can help you with an in house consultation and is attached to Shivani Mother &Child Care Hospital,Mulund. She is a proud mother of a young handsome 7 year old  and of course he was breastfed !!!

She is also certified to be a Baby bonding practitioner and a Parent - Child Attachment parenting practitioner . She counsels parents and teaches them various bonding techniques that they can independently do at home with their children and which helps them become better as a family.
