Yes ofcourse, but I still suggest to give breastmilk try to take to take dry fruits laddu, shathavari, daliya, spinach, oats , paneer and all.. Even I faced low breastmilk issue from starting, I opted for formula milk as suggested by doctor. Formula milk is digestive and also suitable for babies gut health. My doctor suggested me Aptamil Gold Formula Milk has all nutrients that a baby requires for gut health, immunity and also ensures baby to have overall growth and development. It includes prebiotic HMOs and nutrients that are required for the baby. But before going consult the doctor once ....

To boost breast milk production, incorporate daliya, barley, spinach, arugula, chickpeas, and tofu into your diet as they promote healthy , benefiting your baby. Alternatively, Aptamil Gold formula milk offers prebiotics and HMO, fostering robust gut health and immunity, effectively preventing cough, cold, and colic issues. It's available in three stages according to your baby's age. My sister has been giving her baby and it is closest to breast milk.

Hi, If Breastmilk supply is low, you should consult lactation consultant for increase milk and also eat healthy food like green veggies, oats, paneer, daliya , jeggery, dry fruits. After that if baby is not getting enough milk then formula milk can be given with Breastmilk after consulting the doctor. Choose formula milk that contains Prebiotics and essential nutrients. My sister is giving Aptamil Gold Stage 1 formula milk to her 3 months baby from birth and she noticed her baby's weight gain and improvement in immunity. Aptamil Gold is closest to breastmilk as it contains nutrients that are naturally present in Breastmilk. It worked for her so well.

See although breastfeeding is best for babies till 6 months .. dont take stress.. that will affect ur milk production.. relax and just try to increase ur breast milk. Include ghee, dryfruits, jaggery, dal, jeera water, flaxseed in ur diet.. u can also take milk with satavari which is best for milk production. Also there is no issue in give fm too.. just consult with ur paed. Once . My sil faced similar situation. So she is giving Aptamil Gold formula milk to her baby. It's closest to breast milk and having HMOs and prebiotics... which make it easy to digest. Her baby is quite healthy. So yes u can try this too.
