Hi ! Pls eat healthy and eat the right food. Now you can start exercising. Loads of weight can be reduced by simple diet control and exercise. I recommend yoga

thanxxxx priya... but from last 5 month m not eating any kind of junk food no ghee still not loosing...hopeless now

Don't deprive yourself of anything! Just keep healthy diet and be active. I'm in the same boat hehe
