You can start with light stuff like dal ka pani, mashed banana, pureed apple etc and gradually move to suji kheer, ragi porridge, dal/vegetables khichdi. Always start with Fruits. don't give them raw... like steam the Apple a little bit & give the puree. Also whatever u start please ensure u keep some days gap between introducing various kinds of foods... so that u know if ur kid is allergic to something! Happy Ann Prashan!!
